Shipping Policy
McClard’s Gifts ships domestically as well as internationally. McClard’s Gifts ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and selected international destinations. Shipment processing time
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx or USPS, the order must be received by 10am CST to ship out the same business day.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
McClardsgifts.com is not responsible for any customs and Vax taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. The charge is based on weight and location. If there is a discrepancy in the estimated amount for shipping and the actual amount of shipping, McClard’s Gifts will always contact you and let you make the decision if you want the item to ship.
In store pick up option
You can pick up your order at the store at 200 Public Square, Lafayette, Tennessee. The store is open Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm CST and Saturday 9am to 3pm CST. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
McClard’s Gifts will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Are the items in stock?
All items are normally held in stock. However, we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
